Guest Presenters

Allyson Brown – Everheal

Allyson is the Director at Everheal and creator of the 4-Step LIFE Formula Program – a program specifically designed to fast track your results to eliminate debilitating symptoms of chronic fatigue and brain fog.

In 2005, Allyson was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) during her second year of her PhD as an analytical researcher. She experienced several severe relapses in the first three years after diagnosis and was told that she may be in a wheelchair before her 30th birthday if they couldn’t work out how to settle down the relapses.

In 2018, she hit rock bottom with her health and was crippled by chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety and brain fog that were so severe, that she had to resign from her job as an analyst due to declining health.

Now she is sharing her research findings with others who can benefit from the simple diet and lifestyle changes she discovered, so theytoo can boost their energy again and take back control of their health!

Colette McShane – The HIIT Factory

A fitness enthusiast and entrepreneur, Colette McShane is on a mission to help people achieve their health and fitness goals.

As the proud founder of The HIIT Factory gyms, she has established a network of 7 locations across Victoria, providing top notch High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) experiences to their members, along with strength training sessions.  All of their workouts are 30 minutes and they believe in training smarter, not longer.

Innovation is at the heart of what she does, and that’s why they livestream all of the workouts from their studios to their members homes, giving them the option of best of both worlds or even allowing them to train with their training buddies and HIIT Factory coaches when on holiday.  In addition to her gym ventures, Colette is also the creator of PT in My Pocket App, a fitness tool designed to bring no equipment workouts to you at the touch of a button.

Her love for running runs deep, and is not only a lifelong runner but also a certified Personal Trainer and Run Coach. Colette believes that a balanced approach to fitness, combining strength training, HIIT workouts, and running, can lead to a healthier and more fulfilling life.
