Founded by Brian Tracy, one of the world's foremost business authorities. We've been operating globally for decades now using our proven systems and have helped thousands of businesses and executives to improve their performance and their lives. As Managing Director of FocalPoint Australia, Robert Zammit oversees the Australian Business Coaching and Training operations. Robert has over 30 years international business and leadership experience in the energy industry, having had numerous leadership roles in Europe, Asia, Middle East, USA and Australia. Prior to joining FocalPoint, Robert was CEO of an ASX listed energy company and made the transition to business and executive coaching because he saw the opportunity to combine the outstanding coaching and training collateral of FocalPoint with his leadership experience to do more of what he loved doing – developing leaders and helping people to achieve their goals. Robert holds a Bachelor of Economics from LaTrobe University, has completed an Advanced Leadership Program at Arizona’s Thunderbird University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
