Executive Assistant and / or Personal Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage professional and personal scheduling including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
- Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals
- Provide administrative and office support, such as spreadsheet creation, maintenance of filing system and contacts database etc
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
Boards and Committees
• Liaise with Company Secretariats and Board Liaison Officers regarding availability, travel requirements and ad-hoc requests for information
• Arrange one to one catch ups with other Board Directors as and when required
• Ensure Board and Committee papers are received in a timely manner
• Ensure sufficient reading time is blocked in your diary – given the number of Boards you sit on, this may be helpful
• Obtain any further background reading that you may require
• Manage expenses for each of your Boards.
