About Catherine Giles:
Catherine is partner at Nicholes Family Lawyers and a highly skilled and experienced family lawyer. With a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice from Flinders University in South Australia, Catherine was admitted to practice in the South Australian Supreme Court, the Northern Territory Supreme Court, the Victorian Supreme Court, and the High Court of Australia.
Catherine relishes the opportunity to assist her clients in resolving their disputes, placing a significant emphasis on a negotiated resolution, however, is experienced in litigation.
Catherine is dedicated to assisting all members of the community to access legal advice in their time of need. About Rebecca Dahl:
Bec is partner at Nicholes Family Lawyers and a trained Collaborative Practitioner. Bec has a particular interest in complex children’s matters, particularly those involving interstate or international relocation.
Bec is experienced in marital and de facto property disputes, preparing Binding Financial Agreements and assisting clients involved in Intervention Order proceedings in the Magistrates Court. Bec also has experience in the Children’s Court jurisdiction both in Victoria and South Australia.
Bec is passionate about promoting access to justice for the LGBTIQA+ community and specialises in providing legal guidance for its members. She advises LGBTIQA+ clients on a range of legal matters including donor agreements, parentage, assisted reproduction and IVF.
