Governed by the Geelong Chamber of Commerce, Geelong Young Professionals have operated for over ten years run by a passionate volunteer committee to deliver professional development opportunities through a series of networking events.Their events attract up to 150 participants and deliver insightful and inspiring speakers and topics that provide an informal approach to professional development and an awareness of advancing business in our region.There are currently four exciting opportunities to join the committee:Web, Design & IT Systems – Specialising in ticketing and event creation, graphic design, website maintenance, database management and strong skills in event managementVenue – Strong relationships with venues in the region and ability to select based on event themes, booking and liaising, price negotiation skills and event managementSponsorship – Great networks and relationships with sponsor leads, securing sponsorship based on event themes, price negotiation skills and stakeholder managementContent Creator – Brand new creative role to support promotion and marketing of events, strong stakeholder management skills, campaign planning skills and experience or interest in digital marketingSounds like something you’d love to contribute to?Complete the Expressions of Interest form by Friday 12 May
